WHETHER you were stuck in it, playing in it or simply admiring it from your living room window – it’s fair to say – Solihull had an interesting day in the snow.
Families took to the gardens and parks to create their very own snowmen, go head to head in snowball fights and headed up the hills to have a go at sledging.
Where others headed off for quieter walks across the borough to see more secluded spots covered in a blanket of snow.
Salva the snowclown made an appearance in Hockley Heath.
Meanwhile, schools around the borough closed on Friday (March 10) and waste and recycling collections were suspended due to the conditions of the roads.
