Firefighters called to Acocks Green three-car smash

EMERGENCY services were called to the scene after reports of a road traffic collision involving three cars on Sunday (October 23)
Firefighters from Hay Mills Fire Service attended the scene on Flint Road, Acocks Green, at around 10.45am.
Three cars were involved in the collision with one car crashing into the lamppost and another into a wall.
A West Midlands Fire Service spokesperson: “All passengers involved in the collision exited their vehicles prior to our arrival.
“Two males were checked over by the ambulance service and were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
“We are currently assisting police with inquires.”
The road was closed for a short amount of time while the fire service attended to an oil spillage.
