Festival goers in for treat as Summer Fest returns to Solihull

THE much-loved Solihull Summer Fest will return to Tudor Grange Park for its seventh year this July and organisers have just revealed the full line up which features the biggest acts the festival has seen to date.

This year’s Summer Fest promises an unforgettable weekend with joint headliners, Lisa Stansfield and Sophie Ellis-Bextor performing on Saturday July 22.

Eighties legends, The Human League, will be headlining the main stage on Sunday performing all their greatest hits and will be joined by Boney M with Maizie and the band on Sunday July 23.

The incredible line up will also feature Blue, Artful Dodger, Pixie Lott, Odyssey and a live DJ set from Spandau Ballet member, Martin Kemp.

Tickets on sale to suit all budgets, with a standard adult ticket costing £55 (plus booking fee), family, VIP options and private cabanas available.

Summer Fest founder and organiser, Ian Rogers said: “We are delighted to be bringing such huge talent to Solihull this July – every year the festival gets bigger and better.

“The performances are obviously outstanding, but what people talk about the most is the Summer Fest atmosphere which is electric.”

On the run up to the festival there will be two other events on the Summer Fest site – Solihull’s Open Air Cinema showing Grease! followed by live band and street food on Thursday July 20.

On Friday July 21  The Secret Symphony Orchestra will be performing Ibiza Proms in the Park – an incredible journey of Ibiza’s most iconic anthems.

Anyone living in the Solihull borough is entitled to a 20 per cent resident’s discount on Summer Fest tickets available until June 26.
