Escape into an alternate universe with Touchwood this February half term

Solihull Editorial 7th Feb, 2024   0

THIS February half term, Touchwood is hosting a ‘super’ fun augmented reality trail to keep the whole family entertained.

From Monday February 12 to Sunday February 18, visitors at Touchwood will have the chance to meet their favourite superheroes, with six Marvel heroes located around the centre.

Get up close and take a selfie with a selection of Avengers stars, including Iron Man, Thor, Spiderman and the ‘incredible’ Hulk.

Those seeking out even more adventure can also follow Touchwood’s trail to see some ‘virtual’ superheroes.

To play along, just download the free Heroes United app, follow the trail to find the six superhero artefacts, scan the images, and bring even more superheroes to life to create moments to remember with your friends and family.

Lucy Burnett, Marketing Manager at Touchwood, said: “We are really excited to bring a brand-new activity trail to life this half term with our Superhero theme.

Through this virtual reality trail, we hope to inspire local children to dream big, and encourage families to enjoy their half term with us at Touchwood.

“There’s plenty of fun to be had by all, so don’t miss the opportunity to come and take a picture with your favourite superhero!”
