Runwood Homes insists it’s made the management changes necessary, alongside ongoing action plans to improve matters.
Yet ex-staff and relatives have told us of their concerns about future care there, after highly vulnerable patients were placed in danger of poor staffing ratios, missing their medicine, and even not eating and drinking adequately.
