THE Easter story came to life at St James the Great Church in Shirley.
The show which bought to life the Last Supper, the Crucifixion and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ was staged at the Church Road Church.
Pupils from Kingswood School joined members of the congregation from St James the Great, St Johns and the Church of Christ the King to see the performance.
Children also took part in the making of Palm Crosses.
