THERE are just a few days left for SIlhillians to give their views on the latest version of the Local Plan.
Residents and companies have until December 14 to a say on the soundness and legal compliance of this Draft Submission Plan.
Solihull’s Local Plan will guide the development of the borough for the next decade and beyond.
It is the basis for future planning decisions as it creates a ‘blueprint’ for when and where major developments should and shouldn’t take place.
Councillor Andy Mackiewicz, cabinet member for climate change, planning and housing urged those thinking about making a representation to submit them before the deadline.
He said: “I really want to see as many representations as possible, so that when we submit the plan I can be confident that the widest range of views are represented.”
Those wishing to make representations need to visit the Local Plan Review page of the Council website, as at this stage there is a formal method of submitting a representation.
Any questions about the plan should be emailed to [email protected] or call 0121 704 8008.
