FITNESS fanatics and fun runners alike are being called on to get their running shoes on ready for the 10th Balsall Common Fun Run.
To celebrate the anniversary organisers at the Lily Mae Foundation are hoping to have a record-breaking year with more than 1,000 runner at the starting line at Balsall Common Primary School on September 15.
As always funds raised will be donated to the Lily Mae Foundation which supports parents and families who have suffered the devastating loss of a baby to stillbirth, neonatal death, miscarriage and medical termination.
Runners of all ages will be able to choose to take part in a number of courses including the family 5km, adult 5km and adult 10km events.
There is also a mini runners event for children aged four to 11, which is about 400meters and a juniors run for those aged between 11 and 15.
There will also be a number of food stalls, games and activities throughout the day.
