SOLIHULL Council is suspending parking enforcement in residential areas over the Christmas and New Year period to make it easier for people to visit family and friends, subject to the continuing Covid restrictions.
Parking enforcement will be suspended from today, Monday, December 21, until Monday 4 January.
However the authority says people should still continue to park in considerate ways and abide by the Highway Code.
Parking enforcement will restart as normal from Monday, January 4.
