We’ve teamed up with Solihull beauty entrepreneur and fitness model, Semilac’s Monika Shine.
The lucky winners will receive a six-week personal training programme with Solihull fitness coach Matt Worster.
They will also get sports nutrition advice from Olympic sprinting great Darren Campbell MBE’s Pro Athlete Supplementation (PAS); some sportswear by Birmingham-run It Doesn’t Come Easy (IDCE), a makeover of nails, hair and make-up from Semilac at the salon on Warwick Road, Solihull; and motivational tips from Monika Shine.
Monika Shine is a business woman and former World Beauty Fitness and Fashion (WBFF) competitor.
Matt Worster provides high intensity training and body building and is based at a private gym in Solihull geared to one-to-one sessions.
