Collections wanted to help raise funds for Marie Curie Hospice

Solihull Editorial 17th Mar, 2021   0

SILHILLIANS who have found forgotten treasures during lockdown tidy ups are being asked to donate them.

Solihull Philatelic Society are on the hunt for stamps, postcards, coins and medals collections to auction off in aid of Solihull’s Marie Cure Hospice.

The group are hoping to hold the auction in October 2022 – plans for last year’s auction were cancelled due to Covid restrictions in place.

There are also plans for a Stamp Fair in Knowle this autumn dependant on any restrictions in place.

For more or to donate a collection or item should contact the club’s secretary Paul Woodness on 01564 776 879 or by emailing [email protected]
