NETBALLERS went head to head on the court for a charity tournament.
ACEs Netball Club, which has players from across Solihull and Birmingham came together to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
The 40 players, ranging from seven-years-old to the senior teams raised more than £450 for The Mental Health Foundation UK.
Ellie, the club’s members and PR secretary, said: “Raising funds for the Mental Health Foundation is really important to us.
“So many young people are affected by mental health, especially due to social media and our club strives to use sport to better people’s lives and we want to be create a safe space for everyone to be themselves and relieve stress.
“I know from playing a team sport how much this has improved my mental health and our club want to give this opportunity to the local community.”
