THIS Eid al-Fitr, Touchwood Solihull is welcoming families to the centre for a free arts and crafts workshop to celebrate the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan.
Taking place in Touchwood’s Crescent Arcade on Saturday April 22 from 11am until 3pm, younger children can make a 2D lantern, while the older ones can get crafty with a more challenging 3D version.
Kids can also have fun building a glow in the dark Lego star to feature on Touchwood’s art display.
Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, said: “We look forward to bringing families together at Touchwood this Eid al-Fitr Festival with a free workshop to celebrate the end of Ramadan, delivered by brilliant local illustrator Milan Topalovic.
“We wish everyone a very happy and peaceful Eid Mubarak.”
