POLICE who were called to an attempted theft of a vehicle in Wythall found another suspicious car which failed to stop and entered a pursuit.
Officers from Worcestershire OPU were on patrol as part of Operation Enzyme – West Mercia Police’s clampdown on vehicle theft last night.
They chased down the car which failed to stop, finding it abandoned in Shirley.
West Mercia Police said enquiries were continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the fail to stop.
