THE NEXT generation of legal experts found out about life in the industry thanks to a work experience programme.
Year 7 learners from Cockshut Hill School teamed up with Pinsent Masons LLP to explore careers in business and the legal sector, gaining insight from experts.
As part of the programme, learners worked to develop business plans, presenting their ideas to Pinsent Masons professionals and received feedback on strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
They also had the chance to investigate legal careers, understanding the range of opportunities available within a leading law firm and the skills required to succeed in the sector.
Jody Clarke, principal at Cockshut Hill said: “It has been fantastic to see our year 7s engage so enthusiastically with professionals from Pinsent Masons.
“Opportunities like this open young minds to the possibilities available in the business and legal worlds and inspire them to think creatively about their futures.”
