Sarah Mason 28th Jan, 2021

LIBRARIES across Solihull will remain closed to residents.

Solihull Council carried out a review of library services and looked at the number of cases of coronavirus in the borough and has decided to keep the doors shut to the public.

It also ruled out the option of reviving a click and collect service for now.

The Home Library Service, where books are delivered to residents will continue to operate,

The council added: “A further review of library services will take place after the next government review of England’s lockdown restrictions which is due to take place on February 15.”
