LOOKING forward to a blooming bright future is local florist Roisin Richards.
The mum of two opened Damson in Bloom in Rowood Drive earlier this year and since then, despite the pandemic, its developed into a little community hub.
Roisin started off as an apprentice at Fleur de Lys in Solihull High Street before finally taking the plunge to open on her own. Proud husband Dave said: “The shop had been empty for two years and was in a bit of a mess but we cleaned it and what she’s doing now is fantastic.”
