PUPILS from Balsall Common Primary School had a big surprise when multiple birds of prey paid a visit to one of their classes.
David Warren, proprietor of NBC Bird and Pest, brought in various birds from the NBC Bird and Pest – which deliver innovative and ethical bird, pest and wildlife management.
Continuing their study about animals, in particular to they way in which birds feed, the visit brought pupils’ learning to life.
Howard Rose, funding and publicity manager and Balsall Common Primary School, said: “I would like to say a huge thank you to David and his birds.
“This is yet another example of the benefits to both businesses and schools when local companies work with educational establishments to bring learning to life.
“I am sure none of the children came to school thinking they would get to see such magnificent birds today.”
