AWARD-WINNING Berkswell hotel Nailcote Hall has been put on the market.
The Grade II-listed Nailcote Hall Hotel, Golf and Country Club is being sold by its owner Rick Cressman who has decided to retire.
The venue is known for hosting the annual British Par 3 Championship event on its nine-hole championship golf course.
Mr Cressman took over the running of Nailcote Hall in 1991.
The 49-bedroom manor house hotel which dates back to the 17th Century and has many of its original features maintained is on the market for an undisclosed sum.
The property also offers bars, restaurants, five function or conference rooms, a leisure club, golf course and multi-purpose golf club house.
Tom Cunningham, hotels director at Savills, said: “This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a well-performing country house hotel in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside, with ease of access to major conurbations and the national motorway network.
“The successful golf course and leisure facilities also mean potential investors would benefit from diverse income streams.”
