Beatles tribute band set to light up Solihull

A POPULAR Beatles Tribute band will be taking to the stage at The Dovehouse Theatre in Solihull to recreate the Fab Four’s legendary rooftop show.

Hey Beatles, who have been well-known in the Midlands an across the UK for last seven years, have planned a special show for audiences on November 20.

The legendary group have been playing to packed houses and happy faces across the country and will continue through the autumn recreating the sounds of the swinging sixties’ finest everywhere they go. Aside from recreating The Beatles’ final live performance, the show will also feature a set of popular hits spanning the band’s illustrious career, including legendary hits such as Can’t Buy Me Love, Hey Jude and Twist and Shout.

Sam Weston, the band’s ‘John Lennon’, said: “We are looking forward to recreating that famous show on the rooftop in 1969. It will be hot under the lights wearing the fur coats and the long hair, but we are passionate about creating an authentic experience that the fans, like ourselves, would expect – we can’t wait.”
