THE RIBBON was cut at a new bathroom showroom in Shirley.

Solihull Mayor, Councillor Diana Holl-Allen, officially opened Bathing Mobility Advisory Service (BMAS) on Monday (June 5).

BMAS specialise in finding innovative and accessible bathroom solutions for those who are finding their current bathroom difficult to use.

The bathroom showroom joins the run of shops on Oxhill Road, Shirley.

The room sets within display accessible baths, walk-in showers, and wet rooms with subtle features designed for ease of use and safety, specifically with the elderly and less mobile in mind.

Visitors can explore the displays and try out features such as digital shower remote controls, with knowledgeable BMAS consultants on hand to provide guidance and advice.

BMAS provides a full refit service, overseeing bathroom refurb projects from design to installation completion.
