APPEAL: Police want to speak with man after Lode Lane attack

POLICE want to speak with this man after a a teenager was allegedly assaulted and robbed in Solihull.

West Midlands Police say the 18-year-old was walking through a car-park on Lode Lane at around 4pm on February 7 when he was assaulted and robbed by a group of people wearing masks.

A 19-year-old man and two 16-year-old’s have been arrested in connection with the assault.

In total, eight people have been arrested in connection with the incident and released on police bail with strict conditions while the investigation continues.

Information about the incident has only just been published by West Midlands Police.

Detective Inspector Mark Heard from Solihull Neighbourhood Crime Team, said: “There is no place for violence in our borough and we are committed to ensuring young people who visit or go to school or college here can do so safely.




“The team are dedicated to making Solihull a safer place to live, work and visit.
