BIG HEARTED Solihull woman Annette Maley has organised a special disco night and raffle in aid of the Patients Association.

Former nurse Annette, who is currently fighting a legal negligence case against a local health trust after the death of her husband Anthony two years ago, says she has valued the support given by the organisation.

“The Patients Association is an independent charity that campaigns for the rights of patients and their loved ones,” she said.

“And although I’ve sold most of the tickets for the event but I want to do everything I can to raise the profile of the charity.”

Annette is hoping to raise between £600 and £700 for the charity at the event, which is this Saturday, September 25 at the Banbury Club in Bosworth Drive, Chelmsley Wood, B37 5EX at 7.30pm.
