JOBSEEKERS and young people have been invited to a Careers Fair.
Meriden MP, Saqib Bhatti, is hosting the event at Solihull College’s Woodlands Campus in Smith’s Wood from 2pm until 5pm on Friday (May 12).
It is aimed at showcasing opportunities from universities, colleges and leading employers in the region.
Exhibitors at this year’s Fair include Rolls-Royce, Birmingham Airport, DHL, Tarmac, University of Birmingham and Barclays.
Mr Bhatti said: “I’m delighted that my 2023 Careers Fair has attracted some of the most prominent companies in the West Midlands, as well as leading universities and colleges.
“This event offers an excellent chance to connect with outstanding businesses in the region and discover potential career paths, whether you’re still in school, pursuing higher education, further education or considering a career change.
“The Fair brings some fantastic career and educational opportunities right to our doorstep and I encourage everyone to attend with their friends and family.”
