Paddington set to visit Solihull

A ROUND of apaws for Paddington who is coming to Solihull.

Touchwood is set to offer a chance to meet Paddington at the centre on Saturday (March 24).

Younger guests will be given the chance to say hello to the famous bear at intervals between 11.30am and 4pm.

Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, comments: “We’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming Paddington to Touchwood and have no doubt that his visit will prove incredibly popular with kids throughout the borough.




“We encourage any fans of the world’s best-loved bear to pop along, say hello and don’t forget your cameras!”

Paddington is a popular character immortalized in the story book created by author, Michael Bond.


The story follows the adventures of a Peru-born bear who turns up at Paddington station and starts his life in London with Mr. and Mrs. Brown.
