A LEADING Midlands estate agency has further strengthened its senior team with a new Board-level appointment.
John Shepherd, which has six High Street offices covering the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire, has promoted Katie Ridley into the new role of Sales Director.
Katie, who joined the business in 2018, will work in close partnership with John Shepherd CEO, Richard Crathorne, and Operations and Property Management Director, Chris Blick. She will also be a member of the Birmingham regional board of parent company Lomond.
Solihull-educated Katie will play a key role in growing the existing sales business, establishing a broader footprint for John Shepherd in its key heartlands, and supporting the agency with strategic new acquisitions.
John Shepherd, which was founded in 1991, is based in Birmingham, Cannock, Redditch, Shirley, Solihull and Sutton Coldfield.
