Try the walking football and add weights to your wrists and ankles to simulate some of the symptoms people with Parkinson’s have.

Or why not try the penalty or netball shootout and a taster of indoor bowls.. Just don’t forget your trainers!

Enjoy the superb Samba Band and join in drumming to the rhythm.




All monies raised will go to supporting the activities for people with Parkinson’s particularly the walking football sessions.
