THE SHORTLIST for this year’s Solihull Chamber of Commerce’s annual awards has been released.
The winners of 11 categories will be revealed at a special ceremony in September with one business going on to be crowned the overall Solihull Business of the Year.
The headline sponsor of this event is Solihull College and University Centre.
The judging panel was chaired by Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC) chief financial officer Helen Bates.
Other judges included Eman Al-Hillawi, chief executive of Entec Si; Monica Ghai, president of Asian Business Chamber of Commerce; Jamie Gibson, group assurance manager at National Grid; Marina Ibrahim, founder of Globality Insights; Felix Peter-Thomas, business development director at Santander and Claire Reeves, vice president of Burton Chamber of Commerce.

“Across every category, we saw organisations demonstrating a clear commitment to excellence, whether through supporting their people, embracing innovation, delivering outstanding customer service or making a positive impact in their communities.
“Being shortlisted is a significant achievement in itself and reflects the high standards being set by businesses across Solihull.
“We look forward to celebrating their success and recognising the individuals and organisations helping to shape a strong and prosperous future for the borough.”
