Crowds revving up for West End performance at British Motor Museum

Solihull Editorial 17th Sep, 2020   0

CROWDS will be revving up in more ways than one for a special performance at the British Motor Museum.

The Gaydon museum is hosting an outdoor musical theatre performance of ‘Voices of the West End’ on September 25, 26 and 27.

Families can pull up in their cars or gather round for a picnic to enjoy hit numbers from favourite musicals including Chess, The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables.

The concert will showcase music from the West End’s greatest musicals performed by Earl Carpenter, Kerry Ellis, Katie Hall and John Owen-Jones, with music from Jennifer Whyte and Yvonne Marie Parsons.

The performances are 90 minutes long with no interval. Roped, socially distanced pitches will be available for families of between two and four, alternatively car pitches can be booked for up to four people.

As well as on-site refreshments, the chefs at the British Motor Museum are making luxury picnics and hampers which can be pre-ordered along with a selection of wines to enjoy in style.
