FITNESS guru Joe Wicks has announced this morning his ‘PE With Joe’ will return for the third lockdown.

There will be three 20-minute sessions-a-week – at 9am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday – on his The Body Coach YouTube Channel.

The first one will be at 9am on Monday, January 11.

Announcing the new sessions, which are designed for children and aimed at making up for the PE sessions they would have had at school, Joe urged people to share the news with as many families as they could and to let schools and parents know.

He said: “This is so important for our children’s emotional and mental health.”

In a video he added: “I’m hoping it will help young children and families get through this difficult time when schools are closed, to bring some energy, change their mood, lift their spirits and mental health and just kick their day off, three days-a-week, with something positive.”

During the first lockdown in March, PE With Joe became a daily watch for many children and parents as they started their home-schooling.

He was credited with helping keep the nation (and the World) fit during the early stages of the pandemic.

And on March 24, 2020, he made it into the World Record books when he had 955,185 live views meaning it became the Largest Workout Livestream (most viewers of a workout on YouTube).
