LIGHT Hall School’s under-14 basketball team were crowned Solihull Schools’ champions.
The team travelled to Smith’s Wood Sports College to take on Arden School in the basketball league finals having won all of their league fixtures.
And they then beat Lode Heath in last week’s play-off game to set up a showdown with Arden.
Light Hall showed great spirit and discipline in a well-fought game to secure a superb 46-30 victory as the whole squad celebrated a magnificent achievement.
