THE MET Office has issued a weather warning for Solihull, with Storm Barra set to hit the borough.
Yellow weather warnings for wind were issued by the Met Office across England, Wales and Northern Ireland for December 7 and 8.
The Met Office said strong winds could result in potential travel disruption in places.
The Met office said the yellow warning could mean delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport with some journeys taking longer.
It added there could be some short term loss of power.
