Hot weather to continue as Solihull swelters this summer

Solihull Editorial 20th Jul, 2021   0

IT’S going to be another scorcher in Solihull tomorrow, Wednesday, July 21- and indeed across most of the country.

Temperatures are expected to dip just one degree from today’s 30 degrees C to 29 tomorrow with an overnight temperature a balmy 16.

It’s going to be bright sunshine from sunrise, hitting maximum temperature between 3pm and 5pm, according to the Met Office with a light northerly breeze.

Even at sundown just after 9pm it’s still going to be 24 degrees.

The fine weather is expected to continue until Saturday when rain is expected.

Severn Trent is asking people to be careful how they use water, for instance using a watering can to water the garden rather than a hose.
