A PERSON has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Solihull yesterday.
It happened around 4.40pm at the junction of New Road and Park Road.
An ambulance, one paramedic officer, the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and the West Midlands CARE Team attended the scene.
The woman had suffered serious injuries and, after receiving trauma care at the scene, was taken to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
