A SOLIHULL man has been charged with abducting a baby and driving dangerously with him on board during a police pursuit.
James Dempsey, from Eden Road, allegedly took the five-month old from the address in Sutton Coldfield on Wednesday (April 3) morning.
The boy was found unharmed in a car near Birmingham Airport on Thursday (April 4) evening.
Dempsey, 35, will appear before Birmingham magistrates on Saturday (April 6) accused of child abduction and motoring offences.
