A burglar, who repeatedly targeted housing accommodation to steal cash and personal belongings in Solihull, has been jailed for four years.
Shannon Wright carried out the week-long crime wave at Sir Josiah Mason Trust – which caters for elderly and disabled people who need assisted living – in Hillborough Road, Olton, in September.
The 22-year-old even took a potted plant which was discovered outside her home in Anson Grove, Acocks Green, when officers went to arrest her.
Wright pleaded guilty to four counts of burglary and a theft and was sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court on October 23.
