TRIBUTES have been paid to a much-loved borough man who lost his life after a car crash in Devon.
Oliver Patrick Daniel Galvin, 39, and known as Olly to friends and family, passed away at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth just before 4am on April 28.
His death came nine days after he was involved in a serious car crash in the early hours of April 10 near the village of Bishopsteignton in Devon.
Mr Galvin was the only occupant in a Suzuki Ignis that crashed into a wall of a car sales garage.
He was found my a passing member of the public and subsequently freed from the car by the fire service before being taking to Torbay Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
He was quickly transferred to hospital in Plymouth but, despite the best efforts of everyone involved, lost his fight for life.
Tributes have flooded in for Mr Galvin, with heartbroken friends and family saying how much they will miss him.
