Moors fell behind on 13 minutes when Connor McAvoy glanced Nathan Tshikuna’s free-kick into the net from 10-yards out.
And the Stones doubled their lead after the break on 56 minutes as Sean Adarkwa cut in from the right and curled a shot into the bottom right corner from 25-yards.
The home side struck again four minutes later when Tshikuna drilled a low shot across goal into the bottom left corner from just outside the penalty area.
Moors cut the deficit on 65 minutes when Wilkinson poked home from close range after Dante Baptiste misjudged a cross from the left.
However, Wealdstone restored their three-goal cushion two minutes later as Micah Obiero fired through the legs of Laurie Walker from the right-hand side of the penalty area.
And the hosts completed the scoring on 71 minutes when former Moors defender Junior Tiensia coolly rolled a shot into the bottom right corner.
