Wythall man charged with burglary

A MAN has been charged with burglary and several other offences relating to an incident in Wythall on Sunday 26 October.

Charlton Cogger, of Pershore Road in Birmingham, was this morning (31 October) charged with burglary, two counts of criminal damage, fraud by false representation, theft of a motor vehicle, using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance and driving whilst disqualified.

The 39-year-old has been remanded into custody and is due to appear before Kidderminster Magistrates Court today.
