LAND near Castle Bromwich Historic Gardens is set to go under the auctioneers hammer.

The freehold site measuring more than 680 square metres is at Beechcroft Road in Castle Bromwich will appear in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said the land is being sold on behalf of Solihull Council with a guide price of £100,000+ in the livestreamed auction on October 23.

He added: “We are delighted that Solihull Council is continuing to use our services after the great results we achieved for them in our last auction.

“What we are offering from them next is this regular shaped parcel of land off Beechcroft Road, in between the junctions of Parkfield Drive and Park Hall Crescent.

“The plot, which extends to approximately 681.85 square metres, may be suitable for development for a variety of uses including educational, community or residential, subject to planning consents.




“The site is conveniently located in a mixed-use area, containing both residential and commercial properties, with good access to local amenities, schooling and nearby access to both the M42 and M6 motorways.”

The site is sold subject to, or with the benefit of, any rights of way, wayleaves or restrictive covenants which may exist.


The plot will be among of lots appearing from 8.30am.
