SOLIHULL Vixens brought an end to another successful season by hosting the club’s annual end-of-season awards ceremony.
The event took place at Planet Ice Solihull – where the Vixens play their home games.
The Vixens won the Elite League Championship trophy, the club’s fourth success in the last five seasons.
And Vixens head coach Reg Wilcox summarised the season to a packed function room.
He highlighted the club’s significant performances and results before presenting each player with an award.
The individual player awards were then handed out with nine trophies up for grabs.
Jodie Alderson-Smith claimed the top points scorer prize.
And Katie Henry won the best forward award while Meg Burton received the best defence prize.
Elin Perrier-Morrey took the most improved player gong with Alisha Potts the EDG Security player of the season.
The club handed out two unsung heroes awards to Sarah Hutchinson and Robin Mullen.
And Laura Horwood won the coaches’ player of the season award while Tam Donoghue won the players’ player of the season prize.
