POLICE have launched an appeal to identify two men following an alleged assault in Solihull.
West Midlands Police said shortly after 1.20am on March 1, a man was violently assaulted outside Popworld in Poplar Road.
The force said he was approached by two men, who attacked him and caused serious head injuries which required hospital treatment.
Officers investigating the attack are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen what happened.
They are especially keen to hear from anyone who may have taken photos or filmed the assault.
