A SOLIHULL hairdressers has celebrated its 25th anniversary.
The party spirit was in full swing at Hair by Sharon Estelle on Hermitage Road to mark the salon’s silver anniversary.
Sharon took over the salon in 2000 from her mum Merle Wade.
Over the years Sharon has hosted a number of charitable events, including Macmillan Coffee Mornings, raising hundreds.
As well as celebrating the achievements of the salon the anniversary party hosted a tombola which raised £200 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Sharon Harrison-Yardley, owner, said: “The day was amazing, clients popped in and had a great time it was really busy but very touching to see so many family and customers who come to celebrate.
“Staff that worked for Merle travelled from a distance and the gifts and flowers were overwhelming.
“Merle seen in me that I could continue her business and yes 25 years later I’m still loving it and I owe it to her she taught me all.”
