SEIZING stolen vehicles, carrying out speedwatches and patrolling car parks were all in a weeks work for Solihull Police.
The Smith’s Wood team were joined by the force’s Road Harm team for an off-road bike operation targeting nuisance and illegal riding in the area.
Police say four off-road bikes were seized during the operation.
The team also delivered leaflets to houses sharing vehicle crime prevention advice after concerns from residents.
Meanwhile in Shirley officers seized and recovered a suspected stolen 4×4.
The Shirley team also arrested two men for possession with intent to supply after spotting them in Stratford Road while on patrol.
Elsewhere, a speedwatch carried out by the St Alphege team clocked eight cars breaking the speed limit, with the fastest recorded as 55mph in a 40mph zone.
