EARLSWOOD Town earned back-to-back home wins for the first time this season following a 4-1 victory against Bolehall Swifts.

Goals from Keelan Reilly, Andy Matthews, Joe Kelso and top scorer Harry Dixon helped the Earls to a convincing home win at The Pavilions.

And the result means Earlswood sit 10th in the Midland Football League Division Two table.

The Earls broke the deadlock on 10 minutes when Reilly headed home.

However, Bolehall drew level just after the half-hour mark as Ronan Sheehan fired home from outside the penalty area.

Earlswood reclaimed the lead five minutes before the break when Matthews rounded Bolehall goalkeeper Joshua Bennett and blasted home.

And the home side extended their lead after the break on 53 minutes as Kelso tapped in Dixon’s cross from the right.

The Earls rattled the woodwork on three separate occasions in the second period as Harry Street struck the bar while substitutes Calum Willis and Callum Smith hit either post respectively.

And Dixon completed the scoring in injury time with a cool finish to score his 17th goal in just 16 appearances.

Earlswood are next in action against Coventry Alvis on Saturday, December 7 with kick-off at 2pm at The Pavilions.
