DRIVERS and passengers involved in this horrific crash in Shirley had a miraculous escape when they suffered only minor injuries.
The collision on the Stratford Road happened shortly after 10.20pm on Sunday (May 17).
A woman with an abdominal injury and cut to her head was cut free from the wreckage by fire crews using specialist cutting equipment.
She was then taken to Heartlands Hospital by ambulance.
Two men who were both in the other car involved had chest injuries were also taken to the same hospital for precautionary check.
